Tend

Six weeks of somatic support that will change how you tend to yourself

Starts November 10th

“I leave feeling refreshed, inspired, more rested, and with more enjoyment in my life. Most importantly, I feel more like me - the real me, the one who is connected to her earthly body, her natural rhythms, her desires and delights. I feel freer, lighter, and more content.” - Annique

Imagine with me for a moment,

That sense you have in your body when you know you’ve got your own back. A feeling of steadiness and support from deep within.

Maybe it arrives with the sensation of weight or groundedness in your belly or feet, the felt sense of gravity. You’re in touch with your innate strength, yet you remain flexible and resilient.

You feel anchored in the knowledge that whatever life throws your way, you won’t abandon yourself when the seas get rough.

When we root ourselves in the present, we can tend responsively to our needs, steering away from intensity and stress. Through connection with our bodies, we build a relationship with ourselves based on trust and compassion and uncover a deeper sense of support.

Tend is an invitation to cultivate this relationship with your body—a relationship rooted in kindness and nurtured by compassion. Together, we’ll explore new ways to connect with your innate strength, so you feel resourced, steady, and open to the joy that life holds.

“There is a gentle unfolding in process, enabling me to expand and grow, and have the courage to start curating a life that feels true and even exciting” - E.W.

Tending to all of ourselves

Like the natural cycles of the seasons our lives move in rhythms of expansion and contraction. There are times when we feel alive and resourced, and others when we feel tired and disconnected.

In Tend, we’ll explore how to meet ourselves with care at every stage, gathering tools and practices that fortify us in the challenging moments while sowing seeds for future growth.

Over six weeks we’ll gather in a small, intimate group to explore the landscape of tending to ourselves in a world that loves to pull us away from our centre.

We’ll focus on how to fortify our inner soil to regain strength, enjoyment and connection.

You’ll learn somatic skills ranging from the foundational to the advanced, enabling you to feel more rooted and steady.

What can you expect?

We’ll start our time together with an online half-day retreat to land in our group (think blankets, tea, good conversation and setting our compass for the journey), and then move into a flow of weekly online workshops designed to gently guide you deeper into somatic exploration, self-discovery, and the cultivation of resource.

Within this co-created space, healing unfolds not just individually, but collectively. There’s a profound power in coming together—witnessing each other’s journeys and sharing wisdom as we explore the landscape of the body.

Each of our weekly sessions is made up of short teachings, somatic practice and time for discussion, offering a balance of cognitive learning and embodied experience.

Sessions are facilitated with great care and compassion and always centre your choice on how much participation feels right for you. We’ll explore concepts from neuroscience, Organic Intelligence, mindfulness and somatics teachings to inspire and support.

Over our time together you’ll cultivate tangible resources that help you navigate stress and overwhelm, learn how to root powerfully in the present, and create the conditions for healing and flourishing.

I’ll be there to support you, to untangle the places that feel sticky or difficult, while the group experience holds a space of shared growth, reminding us that we’re not alone in this process.

“Tend has helped me remember joy and wisdom in my body.  I can begin to trust my body again”. ∼ K.P.

“A beautiful balance of theory and practice in a nurturing, friendly group setting, Sara is wonderful at making everyone feel at ease, as she took us on a journey to rethink patterns and habits and enabled me to lighten my steps in this world.” - Rachel

What previous participants say:

"Tend was so nourishing, simple AND profound. It was the perfect pace, gentle yet deep. I was not new to studying the nervous system, and Sara brought a seasoned perspective to nervous system and whole body health that did not disappoint. I learned new things and went much deeper with some more familiar practices and teachings.” - A.S.

Sara is a brilliant coach; leading with warmth and a truly non judgmental approach she created a safe container for our group to explore, be held and grow. I think her greatest strength is the ability to translate abstract concepts such as self compassion, acceptance, safety and presence into small doable acts, so that they become an embodied practice. She models what she teaches and encourages everyone to find their own way. It's truly been a beautiful experience and one I wholeheartedly recommend.” - L.R.

“If like me you tend to be hard on yourself, critical of those times when you feel activated or stuck. … If being in a group of supportive women who are learning and practising together whilst in an entirely safe space is for you…If choice of how you engage in group sessions is important to you ….if having a coach and facilitator who ‘knows’ her stuff , makes learning accessible, practical and real and also ensures ease and joy….then Tend is for you.” - Linds

I’m Sara, a somatic coach and embodiment practitioner

I coach women to create a loving relationship with themselves, awaken their strength and wisdom and feel at home in their bodies.

I love the work I do because this is my work too. For a long time, I lived my life headfirst and bypassed my body. Learning to compassionately welcome all parts of myself and speak my body's language has changed my life, and I don't say that lightly.

Now, I use my training, education and experience to help women get closer to themselves and unpack the layers of habits and conditioning, so they can hear what their body is telling them and embody the changes they long to make.
