We’re at a turning point in history right now.
A crossroads in defining how power works, what safety is and how to be in community. We’re being called to stand together and redefine justice and what we believe in. We’re being called to take up space & for me, this means coming home to our body.
I believe in revolution, justice, progress, liberation, equality and an intersectional understanding of power, privilege & oppression.
I work hard to ensure that my work is relevant to the current climate and aim to be humble about what I don’t know. I’m always open to listening and learning more.

Some things I believe to be true
You deserve to feel at home in your body.
You are nature and just like nature you have an innate organic intelligence that knows how to thrive and grow.
Movement that's joyful, nourishing pleasurable and affirming is the birthright of all beings with bodies.
Connecting to the ecosystem of our body can bring us back into right relationship with community, nature and the numinous.
Through this relationship, we can reaffirm our boundaries, self worth, values and question the shapes we take up in the world.
Nurturing a relationship with your body as your guide can help to more clearly define the creation of a future that we want to live

I truly believe that one of the ways we’ll change the world is by reclaiming our relationship with our bodies - and through that, our connection with each other and the wider world.
This is about creating a slow, steady, and gentle revolution - one where we remember the symbiotic support that already exists between us.
Through thought partnership and somatic guidance, I’m here in your corner to help you rebuild the relationship with yourself where it’s been lost.
To unlearn the belief that your body is something to control.
To release the idea that you have to push past internal resistance - to rest, to do, to be.
To trust your instincts and impulses.
And to relearn how to listen to and speak the language of your body
