Single coaching session

90 minutes of body-based coaching

Single sessions are perfect if you want to explore one particular inquiry or question and ignite the wisdom your body holds.

You can use this session however you like; dive into that one topic that might be holding you back, create space for moving towards aligned action or use the time to ask me anything that’s within my experience.

  • Before our session, you’ll receive a questionnaire to clarify how you’d like to use our time together and so I can fully support you.

  • We’ll meet for a one-off 90-minute call to explore your chosen topic.

  • After our call, you’ll receive detailed post-session notes to help integrate your findings and anything from my vast library of recorded practices and support documents that might be helpful.

Some of the things we could explore are:

  • Untangling what’s keeping you stuck, using body-based coaching to get under the issue at hand and offer clarity and a different perspective.

  • Personalised nervous system mapping. Tracking where you can lean into resource and discovering tools and practices to support your system, whatever life throws at you.

  • Somatic practices and tools help you with boundaries, self-worth, or being with anger (to name a few)

  • Taking aligned action towards what feels important - finding a body-based connection to your desire or purpose so you can use this as your compass moving forward.

Now, I use my training, education and experience to help women get closer to themselves and unpack the layers of habits and conditioning, so they can hear what their body is telling them, and know who they really are.
