Hi, I’m Sara

A recovering overthinker who loves exploring ways to have a full bodied experience of this life.

I’m an Organic Intelligence coach, somatic coach, embodiment practitioner, and self-proclaimed movement nerd.

I love exploring how movement can tap into our psychological and physical power and bring us into a relationship with ourselves.

In my work, I am constantly expanding my understanding of the neurobiology of stress and trauma and wonderment for the mysteries of being human.

I dedicate my work to women like you.

The big feelers. The big thinkers. Those who hold so much for everyone, who care deeply about living in and creating a safe world for us all, not just the privileged few.

You know, deep in your bones, that connecting with your body, opening to the capacity of feeling it all and understanding its messages creates a revolution, from the inside out.

When one woman makes the changes that take her from being stuck in survival to being vibrantly alive and living the life she truly wants, it changes the picture for all of us.

I truly believe that this is the way we’ll change the world.

We’re at a turning point in history right now.

A crossroads in defining how power works, what safety is and how to be in community.

We’re being called to stand together and redefine justice and what we believe in.

We’re being called to take up space & for me, this means coming home to our body.

I believe in revolution, justice, progress, liberation, equality and an intersectional understanding of power, privilege & oppression

I work hard to ensure that my work is relevant to the current climate and trauma-informed and aim to be humble about what I don’t know.

I am always open to listening and learning more.

On a personal note

I am someone who has stumbled, fallen, and returned to my feet, over and over. I have lived in disharmony and found my way in and out of thriving. I know what it means to enter spaces like these with a hope for change. And I come to this work as a coach and a human who continues to walk this path.

Healing happens within the context of our lives, taking into account the complexity of being human and allowing space for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

My journey has included somatic and cognitive therapies, ceremony, emotional emancipation, and continually dismantling how I’ve internalised systems of oppression. This has enabled me to reclaim my sense of self within my own body and within the collective.

I am, we are, infinitely learning, forever changing and growing.
