Are we a fit?

If the conventional narratives of self-improvement don’t sit well with you, welcome. We do things a little differently here.

This work isn’t about fixing or controlling the ways your body has tried to keep you safe- you can be in the ache without rushing to change it. You can build an embodied relationship with what’s felt hard - in fact all of our healing happens through relationship (to yourself, others and the world).

This journey isn’t about excavating broken parts, it’s about remembering your wholeness, so you can be alongside the full spectrum of yourself whatever storms come to pass. So you can stay connected to your heart while you navigate what’s tough.

I believe that tending to our bodies is part of the deeper, ongoing work of tending to the whole - our communities, our ecosystems, our collective well-being.

This stands in contrast to the dominant culture of disconnection - one that teaches us to override, push through, and compartmentalize our pain instead of opening to it. A culture that frames healing as an individual pursuit, ignoring the systemic forces that shape our lives.

I’m interested in what we can learn from nature - that change happens in spirals, how the forest grows slowly but surely, how mycelial networks beneath us thrive through interconnection.

Our healing is a process of returning to ourselves and each other again and again, rooted in reciprocity, care, and belonging.

We probably share similar values.

You believe in justice, equity, and collective care.

You understand that everything is connected - from personal healing and social change to climate justice, anti-capitalism, anti-racism and feminism. We’re woven together in the tapestry of life through the ways we care for each other and the earth.

You’re not here for push, grind, or extraction - of people, resources, or your own energy. Growth for the sake of growth doesn’t interest you. But you do have a deep desire to move toward something more whole, more spacious, and more aligned.

You know that healing isn’t just an individual pursuit - it’s collaborative. You believe in the power of relationship with yourself, humanity and the wider web of nature and the numinous.

You have faith in the wisdom of the body, and the necessity to slow down to create real, lasting change.

I dedicate my work to people like you.

The big feelers. The big thinkers. Those who hold so much for everyone, who care deeply about living in and creating a safe world for us all, not just the privileged few.

You know, deep in your bones, that connecting with your body, opening to the capacity of feeling it all and understanding its messages creates a revolution, from the inside out.
