I’m a Somatic, Organic Intelligence coach™, mother and part-time overthinker and I’m a little bit obsessed with how we create a loving relationship with the many facets of ourselves through the medium of the body.
My coaching work centres around gentleness, ease and enjoyment as the cornerstones to change. An antidote to the ‘harder, faster, more’ message that’s drummed into us from birth and is so hard to ignore.
Somatic coaching supports your healing from the nervous system up by interrupting harmful patterns related to stress and survival physiology. This is a gentle and titrated approach to working with trauma, chronic illness, stress and overwhelm.
While regular talk therapy sessions focus on cognitively understanding and reframing thoughts and narrative, we use dialogue as an opportunity to direct attention towards your body and your unconscious responses.
Together, we practice tracking your body’s unique language and get to know your system’s needs and desires to powerfully attune to all parts of you. Creating change from the body up.
