Yoga, Pilates & Somatics in the heart of the Charente
~ Space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself ~
My teaching blends Pilates, Yoga, and Somatic practice - each offering a way to meet your body with curiosity, ease, and respect.
Whether you’re beginning your movement journey or deepening a long-held practice, classes are designed to invite you to slow down, feel, and build strength and presence from the inside out.
About Sara
I’ve been teaching movement for over 20 years, rooted in Yoga, Pilates, and Somatic coaching, and shaped by trainings in trauma-informed care and embodied practices.
My path has been a weaving of structure and flow - alignment and freedom - always returning to the truth that the body holds its own wisdom.
In my classes, movement isn’t about performance but about presence. It’s an invitation to soften, strengthen, and listen inward, honouring the stories your body carries.
Here, vulnerability is just as welcomed as strength, and every practice is a gentle step toward wholeness - mind, body, and soul moving as one.
Pilates
For me, Pilates is more than exercise - it’s a way of moving with awareness and intention. My approach emphasises safe foundations, curiosity, and connection, so that each practice feels both strengthening and supportive.
✨ 4-Week Foundations Group
This small-group course offers a supportive introduction to Pilates - perfect if you’re new, returning after a break, or looking to strengthen your foundations.
Over four weeks, we’ll explore:
Core stability and healthy alignment
Using the breath to support movement
Building strength and flexibility safely
Growing trust in your body’s own intelligence
Each session is designed to help you move with ease, awareness, and confidence - skills you can carry into everyday life and beyond.
Yin Yoga & Somatics
Where Pilates builds strength and integration, Yin Yoga and somatic practice invite softness and release.
These classes are a chance to:
Rest deeply in nourishing postures
Explore somatic movement and awareness
Listen inward, rather than push outward
Restore balance in body and mind
Suitable for all levels, these sessions are an invitation to slow down and gift yourself time to rest in a gently held group class.
